Costa Rica Finca Parritilla has been harvested from Finca Parritilla by William Mora Merno. This coffee grew and processed by William Mora Merno in the highly prized Tarrazu region. Also, William is known to be a member of ASOPROAAA Cooperative - an association dedicated to agribusiness. Moreno Family acquired Finca Parritilla 35 years ago where it originally comes with the other crops. However, coffee production today accounts for 80 percent of the 20-hectare farm. In order to improve the quality, coffee farmers ensure great care towards the farm. Most importantly, the farm employs sustainable production methods to improve soil recuperation and flora and fauna conservation.
